Our fees depend on the sessions, days and childcare arrangements you choose. Fees are payable in advance, weekly or monthly, by bank transfer or accepted childcare voucher schemes. We’ll provide full details of fees, payment arrangements and any additional charges before your child starts. Fees and charges are subject to change. Please contact the nursery for our current fee information.
Notice Period: Four weeks’ written, paid notice is required to amend or end your childcare contract. Please speak to our team if your childcare needs change.
Payments & Late Collections: Fees must be paid in advance and arrears are not accepted. Late payments may incur additional charges and repeated non-payment may result in childcare being suspended or the contract being ended.
Children collected more than five minutes late may incur a charge, calculated in 15-minute periods per child. Please contact the nursery as soon as possible if you expect to be late.
