Denise
Managing Director

Hi, my name is Denise; I am the managing director of Grow Happy Childcare. I set up the business in 2005 after struggling to find appropriate childcare for my son. Before that, I was a manager for the RAC and BUPA. I live in Stalybridge with my husband David, who is also a director of the company and my two children, Callum, who is now at university and Niamh, who is in secondary school, and of course not forgetting our new staffie puppy, Mitzy. I thoroughly love my job, going to the nursery most days, spending time with all my staff and of course the children. And I’m proud to be a part of such a dedicated and committed team. When I’m not working, I sew, making teddy bears and dolls.

Sarah
Deputy Manager

Hi, my name is Sarah; I am the Deputy Childcare Manager of Grow Happy Childcare. You will see me in all the rooms, supporting the staff when needed. I have worked in childcare since 2002 and worked predominantly in the baby room, but I have had experience in all rooms. In my spare time, I am a dance teacher teaching ballroom, Latin and free style to all ages, young and old.
