Sessions, Fees & Funding

Monday - Friday, 7.30 am - 6.00 pm

Fees must be paid in full at the beginning of the week or at the beginning of the month if you pay monthly. Payment can be made by bank transfer or childcare vouchers, which we accept from a variety of companies. please contact us for further details. Payment in arrears is not accepted under any circumstances. Failure to pay in advance of care could result in us being unable to look after your child. To terminate or amend your terms of contract, 4 weeks written paid notice must be given. Verbal notice of your intention does not constitute your full notice requirement.

Late payments will be charged an additional fee per child per week where a payment is late. Regular late payments (a maximum of 3) will result in the termination of your contract (you will therefore have to find alternate care for your child), and the outstanding debt will be passed to a debt collection agency. You will also be liable for any costs the debt collection agency charges.

Due to insurance cover and the payment of overtime for staff, we will charge for the late collection of your child. Payment will be due for all collections more than five minutes late. The charge will be at a set rate per child, per 15 minutes. Parents should telephone the manager at the earliest opportunity to inform the management of their lateness and estimated time of arrival. Grow Happy Nursery offers free funded hours to all eligible 2-, 3- and 4-year-olds.
